Returns

At nounou we understand that online purchases are sometimes not as expected and this is never more true that with Swimwear and as such we are happy to accept returns.

All returns must be sent back within 14 days of the day of purchase, be unworn and have all original packaging and hygiene stickers in place.

Promotional gifts cannot be returned or exchanged unless accompanied by full order. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are complimentary. 

UK Free Returns

A Royal Mail returns label can be found with your order. If for any reason this cannot be located please email den@nounou.co.uk using your order number in the email header.

International Returns

Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns from international destinations.

If you wish to return your items please arrange shipping to the address below including all packaging and labels.

Damaged Items
We endeavour to get your purchases to you in perfect condition.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any damaged or defective items will be replaced and the original item returned for quality evaluation.

Exchanges
We are happy to accept a request to exchange an item for a different size, colour or style if the article has not been tried on or worn. Any items exchanged should be returned and the replacement will be sent out as soon as it arrives back at The Den @ NouNou.

Refunds

All refunds will be made to your account within 14 days of the date we receive the returned items. 

All international shipping, tax and duty costs incurred by NouNou Ltd for the returned item will be deducted from the refund amount.
