order processing

all nounou stock is held and shipped from our little warehouse in surrey, known to the team as the den.
all orders will be processed and posted within 24 hours of receipt.

uk shipping

for orders received before 12pm we offer Free Next Day delivery, via our partner Royal Mail. For orders received after 12pm we endeavour to deliver within 48 hours.

european & international shipping

all European & international orders are shipped with our partner royal mail. Shipping lead times can vary and these will be advised to you by our team once the orders is received and processed

duty and customs

shipping costs do not include local duty, customs fees or taxes for any orders outside of the united kingdom. these costs are the responsibility of the customer making the purchase.
If customs and duty charges are refused by the customer upon delivery then the order will be returned to nounou and any charges will be deducted from the customer refund.
please note that as a uk business all european orders will be subject to import and customs duties.

returns

at nounou we understand that online purchases are sometimes not as expected and this is never more true than with swimwear and as such we are happy to accept returns.a

all returns must be sent back within 14 days of the day of purchase, be unworn and have all original packaging and hygiene stickers in place.

promotional gifts cannot be returned or exchanged unless accompanied by full order. we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are complimentary.

uk free returns

to make a free uk return follow the link on your royal mail confirmation email. If for any reason this cannot be located please email den@nounou.co.uk using your order number in the email header.

international returns

Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns from international destinations.

if you wish to return your items please arrange shipping to the address below including all packaging, hygiene and labels.

damaged items

we endeavour to get your purchases to you in perfect condition.

please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any damaged or defective items will be replaced and the original item returned for quality evaluation.

exchanges

we are happy to accept a request to exchange an item for a different size, colour or style if the article has not been worn and all labels, packaging and hygiene labels are intact.

exchange items should be returned using the royal mail returns link on your confirmation email.

the replacement item will be sent out as soon as it arrives back at the den @nounou.

refunds

all refunds will be made to your account within 14 days of the date we receive the returned items.

all international shipping, tax and duty costs incurred by nounou Limited for the returned item will be deducted from the refund amount.
